1How The Pro-Adjuster Works...

First
Our doctors will engage in a one-on-one conversation with you to determine your medical history, and the causes of your problem. The adjustment and treatment procedures are then customized to fit the patient’s needs.

The Next Step
In evaluation and treatment is to utilize the
Pro-Adjuster’s sophisticated computer analysis to pinpoint the problem areas. The information is then charted graphically on a computer monitor, so your doctor can detect the problem areas on each and every visit.

Your doctor
Will now begin treatment with the Pro-Adjuster. By applying the Pro-Adjuster’s Resonant Force Impulses precisely to the affected areas, you will receive gentle, effective treatment to that specific area, reducing the subluxation. This will relieve the pressure on the nerve, allow the nerve to heal, and restore the nerve’s ability to transmit signals to the brain more freely. Most importantly, it will help relieve the pain! In addition, your doctor may again take the readings after the adjustment with the
Pro-Adjuster to compare the results. Now that’s putting analysis on a whole new level!

It sounds complicated, but it's really not. A device like this (called the 'adjusting head'):
1
uses six pounds of pressure (just like a tap on the back) to analyze your spine.
The waveform that is produced when this technology is employed is similiar to a fingerprint of the material being tested. See example to the right.

It outputs the results as a wave on a computer screen. That screen looks like this:
1
The yellow boxes show places where the spine needs to be adjusted. Dr. Mike then uses the adjusting head to adjust the spine using taps from the adjusting head. Those 'taps' adjust your spine with no popping, cracking, or twisting. It's that easy, with pin-point accuracy every time. 1 The Pro-Adjuster

"The Pro-Adjuster was first developed by NASA to evaluate whether the rivits in the space shuttle could withstand the vibrations of take-off and landing. Then the technology was used to test metal fatigue on aircraft, and now an engineer has made it work for the human body. Used on the neck or spine, the Pro-Adjuster's designed to evaluate body alignment. Chiropractor's have to be licensed to operate it, and it works on kids and adults."

"Technology born and raised by NASA. Designed to detect flaws in the wings of aircraft, software like this can is now used to scan the human spine, searching for the source of common backpain. Marketed as the Pro-Adjuster this handheld device allows chiropractors bring pressure to bear on the neck and back..."

"...The device is called The Pro-Adjuster and some chiropractors believe it is a gentler, or accurate approach than traditional hands-on treatments...It's computer assisted technology that pin-points spinal mis-alignment. It not only finds the problem, it fixes it. At the Gladstone Chiropractic Center, they've been using The Pro-Adjuster for about a year. Most of the patients were allowed to choose between the machine and a human counter-part. The machine won, hands down. So how does it do the work? To understand you first need to know a little about chiropractic. Practitioners say it is a way of maintaining health by making sure the spine is properly adjusted. it's used to treat everything from backpain to headaches. Chirpractor's adjust the spine by feeling, twisting, and pushing. The Pro-Adjuster promises the same results without all that manipulation. While patients sit with thier back slightly curved, a chiropracter works the sensor head down the spine as it uses echo's to analyze each part of the vertebrae. It detects if something is off, and then calculates and delivers vibrations to the area that needs treatment."
